A beginners courses for those embarking on their yoga journey. With only 8 students enrolled on each course, this an intimate learning environment, perfect for asking questions and building confidence.
This 4 week basics course will help you build a yoga practice from the ground up without any prior experience. It will help you build a strong foundation in Yoga Asanas, increase your knowledge of healthy alignment, strength and yoga vocabulary,learn step by step how to get in and out of a variety of yoga postures safely and it will give you a basic knowledge of yoga breath and mindful meditation.
