Meet Andy

Andy cartwheeled her way around the world with Argentina's national gymnastics team before settling in London in 2003, where she discovered yoga and never looked back. With a lifelong background in movement, she brings a deep, intuitive understanding of the body to everything she teaches. This embodied wisdom shaped by years as a gymnast and over a decade as a yoga teacher makes her classes both intelligent and uniquely impactful.

A dedicated practitioner for more than 25 years and a teacher since 2013, Andy is now a senior yoga teacher with extensive experience in some of London’s most respected and successful studios. She has trained across a wide range of styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Forrest, and Katonah Yoga, learning from world-renowned teachers such as Biff Mithoefer, Noah Mazé, Rocky Heron, and Tiffany Cruikshank.

Her classes are known for their thoughtful sequencing, creativity and depth; as well as for being full of joy, warmth, and just the right amount of challenge. With her magnetic energy and grounded, inclusive approach, Andy has a gift for making every student feel seen, supported, and uplifted.

Expect to move, breathe, sweat, smile, and reconnect. Andy’s mission is simple: to help people feel good in their bodies, calm in their minds, and a little more at home in themselves.

 Meet Adam

Adam’s path to becoming a yoga teacher began in 2013, thanks to his wife, Andy Kobelinsky. While she was completing her teacher training, Adam became her practice partner and quickly discovered a deep connection to the practice himself. What began as a supportive gesture soon turned into a daily ritual, and eventually, a calling. In 2019, Adam completed his teacher training and began sharing his passion for yoga with others.

Before yoga, Adam worked as a professional actor, a background that deeply informs his teaching style. His experience on stage gives him a natural presence and clarity in class, allowing students to feel both seen and supported. He brings a unique energy, creativity, and confidence to his teaching, along with a deep understanding of breath, movement, and storytelling. Expect clear cueing, playful sequencing, and a playlist with serious taste : inspired in his large vinyl collection. Adam’s music is stylish, surprising, and just the right amount of ‘whoa, what is this track?’ energy.

Adam is trained in Vinyasa, Rocket, Rocket Beats, Yin, and meditation. His classes are known for being uplifting, physically rewarding, and emotionally grounding. Whether in a high-energy Rocket flow or a deeply restorative Yin session, Adam brings authenticity, humor, heart and kindness to every class.

Alongside Andy, he co-leads retreats as More Kolors Yoga, offering transformative experiences around the world. In London, Adam teaches in some of the city’s most respected studios, where his classes continue to inspire a wide and loyal following.

Vinyasa Flow: Commonly referred to as “flow”, Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you seamlessly move from one to another, using your breath.  Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.

Yin Yoga: Yin is a much slower practice, in which floor poses (typically held for 3 to 5 minutes) target the connective tissue of the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine. Harmony and wellbeing are obtained as the energetic pathways in the body are opened, releasing blockages and allowing chi or prana to flow freely.  A wonderfully restorative way to spend an hour or two.

Yin & Yang: A balanced Vinyasa class that starts with an original flow to get you working and strengthening the body, followed by some luscious Yin stretches, heart openers, hip openers and twists.

Power Yoga: Power Yoga moves more quickly than regular Yoga, and as such gives more cardio output. In regular Yoga, the focus is on holding the post, but the focus in Power Yoga is on the movement.
